Del Ray History
The Club was founded in 1972 by Kitty W. For five years the Club was located at 4918 Del Ray Avenue. In 1977 the Club moved to 4828 Del Ray Ave. In February of 2003, we moved to 7300 Pearl Street in Bethesda, MD. On May 19, 2012 we moved to our present location, 7611 Clarendon Road in Bethesda, Md.
Del Ray Services
The Del Ray Club is not only a place for fellowship, but also serves as a valuable resource center for the recovery community. We offer the following services:
If you are interested in starting a new 12-step/recovery meeting, you may submit a request with the signatures of 5 Del Ray Club members to the House Committee for its consideration. Contact 301.718.7769, or send email and someone will get back to you.
Twelve step and recovery related events The Del Ray Club has the facilities to host seminars, workshop, recovery related events & parties. We are proud to open these events up to the recovery community. Contact the Club Mgmt at 301.718.7769, or send email.
Literature Need a Big Book, 12&12, or a Where and When? Recovery literature is available at some meetings held at the Club.
